1600-1800	52F.  Winds NW 12kts.  Ceiling 700'.  Heavy fog and sporadic
		light rain.  Circulation around the low pressure that moved
		through brought cool NW winds throughout the day.  High pressure
		moving in behind that system should clear the remaining clouds.
		Cooling trend continues.
