Kennesaw Mountain Report 7/14/2003 0730-0920 70F-73F Overcast and foggy (mostly above the big open area), and starting to clear by the time I left. Winds variable at 5 kts. Obs: G Beaton YBCU 2 CHSW 1 RTHU 1 WEVI 3 2 adults followed by a begging imm (Bell's lookalike) YTVI 2 REVI 7 WBNU 2 HOWR 1 BGGN 3 BTNW 6 2m 1f 1im 1if 1unk WEWA 1 new early date by 7 days SUTA 11 4m 2f 5call INBU 8 3m 1f 2i It was pretty foggy near the top, and I had a flock with quite a few birds in it right on top, many of which I could not id. The WEWA was in there, and I thought I had an OVEN as well but wasn't sure- would be a new early date also. The im BTNW was by itself down near the Canada tree, and really looked like a very young imm, with ruffled head and wings, and a short little stubby tail. Giff
